Accessibility statement

Rodríguez Martín Abogados is committed to making its website https://rodriguezmartinabogados.com accessible to everyone, regardless of their abilities or the technology they use.

1. Commitment

Although Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September on the accessibility of public-sector websites and mobile applications, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102, does not apply on a mandatory basis to a private law firm, we have voluntarily adopted its criteria as our reference. To that end we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, as set out in standard UNE-EN 301549:2022.

2. Compliance status

This website is compliant with the level AA requirements of WCAG 2.1 set out in standard UNE-EN 301549:2022 that were reviewed. The assessment covered all pages of the site, in desktop and mobile versions, using an automated accessibility analysis tool (axe-core, WCAG 2.0/2.1 level A and AA rules) with no issues detected, supplemented by a manual review of heading structure, keyboard navigation, form labelling and image alternative text.

3. Measures adopted

  • Semantic page structure, with identified regions (header, navigation, main content and footer), hierarchical headings and lists.
  • Forms with labels associated with each field, mandatory fields indicated and native browser validation.
  • Colour contrast between text and background of at least 4.5:1 for all text content.
  • Alternative text for images with informative content; decorative images do not interfere with reading.
  • Full keyboard navigation, including the drop-down menu, with visible focus.
  • Relative text sizes allowing content to be enlarged up to 200% without loss of information or functionality.
  • Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
  • Responsive design for mobile phones and tablets, with no horizontal scrolling.
  • The language of each page is declared in the code for screen readers.

4. Non-accessible content

No non-accessible content was identified in the review. The firm's location map is provided as an image with alternative text, accompanied by the address in text form and a link to Google Maps. Documents the firm provides to clients outside the website (for example, in PDF format) will be supplied in an accessible alternative format on request.

5. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 26 August 2026 by means of a self-assessment carried out by the firm using the methods described in section 2. It will be reviewed at least once a year and whenever significant changes are made to the website.

6. Feedback and contact details
