Local counsel in Barcelona
We attend hearings, pre-trial hearings, trials and court appearances in the courts of Barcelona and its province on behalf of firms based elsewhere. Preparation with the instructing lawyer beforehand, attendance and a same-day report. Fixed fee per appearance, agreed in advance.
Collaboration between law firms
For firms that do not practise consumer, banking or civil law, or do not wish to take on matters of this size, we act as their external department in these areas. Conversely, whatever falls outside our areas we refer to trusted colleagues. Professional collaboration, with the client informed at all times.
External counsel for businesses
For academies, online schools, retailers and service businesses that deal with consumers: debt recovery (demand letter, payment order, trial and enforcement, with batch tracking), responses to customer and consumer-authority complaints, contracts and terms of business, and data protection. Per matter or through a monthly retainer covering advice and a set number of actions.
Financial institutions, insurers and servicers
We know consumer and banking litigation from the inside, in courts throughout Spain. We offer defence and advice as external counsel, with the conflict-of-interest check required by professional ethics before accepting any instruction.
